We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to:

Refunds:
Although we try to describe in utmost detail all of our product’s features, sometimes an item just won’t fit into your décor for one reason or another. You have 30 days from the day you receive your merchandise to return it. The original purchase price minus the shipping fee to/from will be refunded. Also note, if the merchandise is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve a right to charge a 10% restocking fee. We must charge this restocking fee to cover the costs of repackaging the merchandise in new packaging. We realize that this might make you a bit uncomfortable with your purchase; however you can take comfort in the fact that our return rate for our merchandise is less than 1%. Customers tell us all the time that they always get a lot more than what they paid for and the pictures do our products no justice! Be sure to read up on all of the unsolicited testimonials we get all the time.

Shipping:
To ensure our products arrive in perfect condition, we use Watkins Motorlines, Inc when shipping Fireplaces. For other items, we use UPS. Should any damage occur to the merchandise while in transit, we send you a replacement right away. Note: The way we package our shipments protects the merchandise very well. Damage is very rare. For Florida Deliveries, we use our own trucks to deliver your furniture.

Delivery Times:
We ship most of our items from Miami, Florida.

Florida Deliveries (Coral Stone Items):1-2 Weeks.
East Coast:2-3 Days.
Mid Coast:3-5 Days.
West Coast:7-10 Days.

Note: These times are not guaranteed, sometimes the merchandise will get there sooner or later.

Out of Stock Items:
We carry a large inventory of Fireplaces and Accessories. However, we do sell out of items. The usual back order time can range anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. If an item is not in stock when you make your order, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Explanations:

Pick Up: This option is available for anybody that would like to pick up their fireplace and accessories from our Miami warehouse.

UPS: If you order a fireplace accessory, we will ship it via UPS.

Curbside Delivery: The trucking company will deliver the Fireplace to your home’s curbside. You will be responsible for placing the fireplace inside your home. We suggest you load up the fireplace using a dolly hand truck like the one pictured below.

Inside Delivery: With this service, the delivery company would be responsible for delivering the fireplace, unloading it from the truck, and putting it inside your garage, but will not set it up.

Free Delivery Information: If you are purchasing an item that has “FREE” Delivery, the delivery option will be “Curbside Delivery” meaning you will need some help unloading the fireplace off the truck. We suggest you have handy a 4 wheel dolley to cart the fireplace once it’s off the truck. You can also purchase “inside delivery”. With the inside delivery option, the delivery company will place the fireplace on your front porch or garage.
